Half an hour on a call, looking at a working deployment populated with a fictional ensemble's data. No obligation, no slide deck, and nothing to prepare.

Evening and Saturday times are here on purpose. Nearly every officer we talk to has a day job, and a board decision is easier when two or three of you can be on the call together.

1. You pick the slot Everything on the grid is open, so nothing you choose needs confirming afterwards. Four weeks ahead, evenings and Saturdays included.
2. A confirmation lands straight away With a calendar invitation attached and a link to move or cancel it. Forward it to whoever else should join.
3. Half an hour, driven by your questions Bring the treasurer and the secretary if you can. If Rehearsal Letter is the wrong fit for how your ensemble runs, we will say so on the call.
